Can I choose which ISP my IP comes from?
Short answer for each product: ISP IPs let you pick the provider at checkout, datacenter and the rest do not.

Short version: on an ISP order, yes. Everywhere else, no.
ISP. The order form has an ISP or carrier box. Pick a provider, or leave it on Random if you don't care.
Datacenter. No box. The IP comes from a hosting company and that's that. If the provider matters to your target, you're shopping for ISP.
Residential. No box. It's one pool, so there's no ISP or country to pick.
Tips for the ISP box
- Set the country first. The list of providers is different for each country, and the box stays empty until you pick one.
- What you see is what's in stock right now. No provider listed for your country? Then we don't have one there today. Try another country, or Random.
- Out-of-stock providers can't be picked. Choose another one, or come back later.
- You can't swap the provider on an IP you already have. Need a different one? Order another IP.
The whole ISP checkout is laid out in Ordering ISP or datacenter IPs, and ISP proxies: what you get covers what an ISP IP is good for. Not sure which line fits? Which proxy should I pick? walks through it.
