Ordering ISP or datacenter IPs

Updated 2 min read

Short version: pick a plan, a country, how many IPs and for how long, then pay from your balance. Once they're set up, the IPs show up under Proxies.

Place the order

  1. Confirm your email and add funds first: see Adding funds to your balance.
  2. Open Proxies, then ISP or Datacenter, and click Buy ISP or Buy Datacenter. (Or Buy now on the card on Home.)
  3. Which plan? Shared, dedicated or premium. Not sure? Shared, dedicated or premium?. On shared you can also add Extra bandwidth per IP now.
  4. Where should they be? Choose the Country. Some locations also let you narrow to a State or region or a City.
  5. ISP only: Which carrier? Pick an ISP or carrier, or Random.
  6. Number of proxies: how many IPs.
  7. How long do you need them? 1, 2 or 3 months, or 1 year. Longer terms cost less per month.
  8. Click through to Payment. Under How would you like to pay?, your Account balance shows what's available. Short? Click Add funds: the shortfall is filled in, and you come back to the order afterwards.
  9. Click Complete order.

The order page shows Order placed, Payment, Provisioning and Ready to use. When it says Your order is ready, click View services to see your IPs.

Billing details

The first time you order, checkout may ask Do you need an invoice? Choose Yes, I need an invoice to add your name, address and company, or No, just my country. You can fill the rest in later: see Invoices and billing details.

Good to know

  • Test before you buy big. One IP on the shortest term tells you whether a line works on your target.
  • Out of stock? Stock varies by country, carrier and plan, and the order form is the live answer. If it says something's out of stock, try another country or plan, check back later, or ask us.
  • Speed or concurrency? A faster uplink and more concurrency aren't chosen at checkout. On proxies that offer them, you add them once the proxy is running: see Adding bandwidth, concurrency or speed.
  • Renewing is separate: see Renewing ISP and datacenter IPs.

Next: Using your ISP or datacenter IPs.
