How billing works: pay as you go, no subscriptions
Updated 2 min read
Short version: you top up a balance, and pay for orders up front from it. There are no subscriptions and no monthly fee. ISP and datacenter are rented by the IP for a set term. Residential, sold by the GB, is coming soon.
The balance
- Top up by card. Crypto and PayPal are coming soon.
- The balance never expires.
- Orders, extra bandwidth, renewals and upgrades all come out of it.
How to top up: Adding funds to your balance.
Residential: per GB (coming soon)
- Residential isn't on sale yet, so you can't order it today. Here's how it's billed, so you know what to expect.
- The order size sets the rate for the whole order. Cross a rung and every GB in the order gets the lower rate, not only the ones above the line.
- The meter counts traffic in both directions: what you send and what comes back. Retries are real traffic, so they count.
- When the GB run out, requests stop. Buy more with Buy bandwidth on the proxy.
More: Buying residential traffic (coming soon).
ISP and datacenter: per IP, per term
- Each IP is rented for a term (1, 2, 3 or 12 months) on a plan (shared, dedicated or premium). The whole term is paid up front.
- Rungs and terms stack. Ordering more IPs lowers the rate for every IP in the order, and a longer term takes a further discount on top.
- Dedicated and premium IPs have no traffic meter. Shared includes a small allowance per IP; traffic past it is billed per GB.
- On proxies that offer them, more concurrency or a faster uplink are paid add-ons you can buy after the proxy is running.
- To keep an IP past its term, buy more time or turn on Auto-buy. See Renewing ISP and datacenter IPs.
More: Shared, dedicated or premium?.
What you won't pay
